Dr. Höediono swims at 5:00 am with SAMS Friendly Swim Club at Forest Heights. Today we
celebrate the birthday of the club's founder Mr. Steve Quanz who is also a patient. Members
tease Steve about his age by wearing a a moustache and diapers. But Steve can out swim us
